Muhallabia (also spelled Mahalabia) is a creamy Middle Eastern milk pudding made with milk, sugar, and cornstarch, giving it a smooth and silky texture. It is lightly flavored with rose water or orange blossom water and often garnished with chopped pistachios, almonds, or shredded coconut.
